First cover is deleted when replaced

Uploading a new cover deletes the first one from the system if the first cover wasn't set from the Organize Images page.

Maybe it would make sense to remove the Add Cover part from the node edit form so that cover photos don't disappear and organizing photos is all in one place?

Also, could you automatically redirect the page to node/%/photos after an album is created at node/add/photos so the user doesn't have to click Organize Images. At the moment it's not very intuitive to have click on.
