Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to /admin/config/media/cloudinary
  2. Under 'STREAM WRAPPER SETTINGS > Cloudinary scheme with root folder', select a root folder
  3. Submit the form
  4. Scroll back down to the 'STREAM WRAPPER SETTINGS' section

Expected result: The folder I selected in step 2 above is still selected
Actual result: No folders are selected

Still experiencing this in the latest version with the patch applied using 9.4.5.

Patch added for handling the submission of the stream wrapper settings (root folders + logging) that were not handled + fix a warning when the folders config does not return an array.
