When using a profile such as Lightning, which also provides an entity browser media_browser, attempting to enable media_directories_ui produces the following error:

Unable to install Media Directories UI, entity_browser.browser.media_browser already exists in active configuration.

One workaround is to delete the existing media_browser before enabling media_directories_ui, but this removes the ability to preserve the profile's media_browser as a fallback if need be.

Thanks for pointing this out.

I would say we need to provide a more specific view name. This then also needs an update path (renaming the view).
