Now that we no longer need to support Drupal Core 8.6 we can drop this from our Travis testing file, and add core 8.9.

Due to some recent commits the tests at 8.6 fail now anyway, so it would be nice to get rid of that. Also the deprecation count has reduced to 11,209 on core 8.7 as at 11 Dec.
