Since #2915230: Use the minimum_age_to_delete variable in the node revision deletion has been fixed, I think it would be a good time for a new release, whether it is 7.x-3.0-beta3, 7.x-3.0-rc1, or 7.x-3.0.

Thoughts? Are there any blockers?
