Problem/Motivation

On admin/config/system/cron there is a link to a cron tutorial on drupal.org. It points to a D7 handbook page.

Proposed resolution

Update the link to point to an equivalent D8 handbook page.

Looks good to me. The cron handbook pages have been split up in the D8 docs, so the patch in #3 points to the landing page which gathers the other cron pages together. That's sensible.

Backported to 8.8.x as pointing to incorrect information is a bug.

@shimpy not sure what you mean? This has been committed to 8.8.x, 8.9.x and 9.0.x - it is yet to be in a release.
