When exporting config for this module, in the text editor yml files, when I add this button, it's labeled as "CreateDiv' which looks to be a typo left over. I cannot deploy this feature in this state as I could add a button in the future with that same name. This should be entitled "Resize" to match the plugin name. Patch to follow in a few moments.

I don't know how to handle updating config. I was in a development state as this had not been deployed yet so I just edited my text formats and added the button again before exporting config again.

For existing installations, I'd imagine you would have to do the same. Unless this can be handled through an update_hook or something.
