In a single page article, the contents are get collapsed with each other.

Article contents in small screen get collapsed with each other.

Article tab contents like view, edit and delete tabs get collapsed with article content which looks noisy in the small screen.

for a reference I have posted a picture please have a look.

I have created a patch please verify it and let me know if you need any changes or help.

Note: Given a height for Article tab like view, edit and delete in this way they will not be collapsed will other content.
