I have the following error message when a admin user goes to the create photos gallery page :

Error: Class 'Url' not found in _photos_form() (line 27 of modules/contrib/photos/inc/photos.form.inc).

The problematic line seems to be this one :

$redirect_url = Url::fromUri('base:user/' . $user->id())->toString();

The error occurs only if user id is not 1 and if user has created more photo album than the limit.

Thanks for the bug report. This should be fixed in the dev release. I noticed a few other issues while working on this. Added a few more cache tags to help clear recent images block and other blocks cache and user album / image count cache. Fixed a bug if multiple roles have higher limits than authenticated user.
