I have the following versions of Webform & Webform REST:
"drupal/webform": "5.4.0",
"drupal/webform_rest": "dev-2.x"

But i'm getting this error that prevents me from running DB updates:

UNRESOLVED DEPENDENCY
Webform (Version >=8.x-5.0-rc12 required)
Webform REST requires this module and version. Currently using Webform version

Thanks for reporting. That's a very old version of webform so we don't need to check the version any more.
