Problem/Motivation

From #3044175-18: [DO NOT COMMIT] Vendor minimum testing issue:

+        "symfony/dom-crawler":"^3.4.0",
+        "symfony/browser-kit":"^3.4.0",

prevent these two Symfony components to be downgraded to 2.x versions.

require --dev symfony/dom-crawler ^3.4.0; update composer.lock
