I've updated the Views integration for the latest Views API.

Some things not ported, since I don't know how it's supposed to work. Someone with favorite nodes for 5.x and Views 1 should take a look and see if the functionality is different.

A couple of new files are created with this patch, so be sure to clear the cache after pathing.
