Create Account Codes Entity Type

We need a Entity Type with bundles and fields which allows for the concept of Account Codes which supports an organisation's Chart of Accounts.

Bundles should be used to allow for account codes to be categories.

Entity ID's should be used as the Account Code, supporting standard characters (not just numbers), be able to be set by the user when an Entity is created, and appear as part of the label.
