Problem/Motivation

The title and revision date in the Revisions page (node/NID/revisions/VID/delete) should be hidden on mobiles devices, improving table visualization.

Proposed resolution

Add the RESPONSIVE_PRIORITY_MEDIUM class to the Title and Date column.
