Update the module help with the new features coming from the node_revision_bulk_delete module

Problem/Motivation

When the new feature of #3072960: Port node_revision_bulk_delete to D8 and merge to node_revision_delete arrive at the module we need to update the module help page (hook_help) with the new features.

Update the module help page.
