Import Individual Rule

When I import a rule I am getting an error pls check

The configuration cannot be imported because it failed validation for the following reasons:
Configuration ifthenelse.adminsettings depends on the ifthenelse extension that will not be installed after import.
Configuration testvishalobj.settings depends on the testvishalobj extension that will not be installed after import.
Configuration testvishalobj.test depends on the testvishalobj extension that will not be installed after import.
