Hi@rensingh99, I checked your patch & followed the below steps to regenerate the issue & also checked it using your new patch
- Install the module.
- Go to the Configuration > System > Ifthenelse Rules > Add Ifthenelse Rules
- And Search for the "Add User Role"
P.F.A of after patch result, as it is working as expected for me
