Is this a copy from 7.x-2.x version of the module? Does version 7 and 8 have the exact same functionalities to share the same readme file?

1. "Description" should be changed to "INTRODUCTION", see https://www.drupal.org/docs/develop/documenting-your-project/readme-temp....
2. "The supplied filter is simpler than using your browsers find feature which searches the entire page." missing "a" => "a feature".
"Extract the tar ball that you downloaded from Drupal.org." has a typo "tar ball" => "tarball"
