With the current 7.x-2.3 code, when I go to /admin/config/system/encrypt/add to add a new encryption method, the name field, although it's obligatory it's marked as disabled.
Because of that, I can add a new configuration, but its machine name will be empty.
If I try to add a new one it will no allow it, saying that that machine name is already in use.

I had this happen on a site so I've tried to replicate on a fresh drupal installation and it happened there as well.

Obs:
I've created the issue on the encrypt module initially:
https://www.drupal.org/project/encrypt/issues/3064628
But after more analysis, I got to the conclusion that it's related to how dbee is handling the config form.

After some analysis I think I've found the issue. On the dbee.module we are calling the dbee_admin_form function on all encryption config forms, not only on the dbee.

/**
 * Implements hook_form_FORM_ID_alter().
 *
 * Specific form behavior for the dbee admin page.
 */
function dbee_form_encrypt_config_form_alter(&$form, &$form_state, $form_id) {
  module_load_include('inc', 'dbee', 'includes/dbee.admin');
  dbee_admin_form($form, $form_state);
}

As I understand, it should be only called when we are using the dbee config. If that assumption is correct, I've made a patch for it.
