[Website] Make the “Visit this resource” button more visually prominent

When visiting a resource node it's easy to miss the "Visit This Resource" button. Also the title doesn't link to the resource (as it does on the list view) and the URL isn't visually displayed anywhere (maybe it should be). So currently that button is the only way to get to the resource from that page.
