Is there a possibility of supporting a translatable configuration like the Hotjar ID (and/or code snippet version), etc.

This is helpful for website with multiple languages and each language should have its separate ID and/or code snippet version, etc.

I am adding an initial patch here so that work can be carried on herewith. This may need more work and further testing.

This PR at the moment implements the config_translation to the hotjar module, but the add translation form is still empty or not visible for some reason. So this will need a lot of work.
