In a previous issue the correspondentieAdres is added tot the StUF-BG request.

We need tokens to use it in the website. We would also like verblijfsOfCorrespondentieadres tokens to use the correspondentieAdres values if the verblijfsAdres is empty (for example immigrants)

Added one extra parameter to the function _dvg_stuf_bg_tokens_webform_address to be able to replace the "
" in the return value with another value, f.e. ", ".

Confirmed working.
In theory works alone, but at least some StUF endpoints require #3054528: Use both PRS and VraagAntwoord calls for npsLv01 to be applied.
