Hi,

This module Menu Editor is a very good feature which Drupal 8 is missing. I am creating this module in Drupal 8 for my current organization and it would be good if I can share it as 8x version of Menu Editor.

Nice to hear someone is working on this!
As a first step, I propose that you publish this on github as "drupal-menu_editor", then I can review before we publish on drupal.org.
Perhaps you want to include a LICENSE.txt, because unlike on drupal.org this is not added by default on github.

You could clone this one, https://github.com/donquixote/drupal-menu_editor
(I forgot to add a LICENSE.txt there..)
