Module works well if there are many images, but if there is only single image, it gets duplicated.
Attached picture how HTML looks like.
And if I select ElavateZoom Plus: NONE, then issue disappears. So it looks like this module issue.

First image - this is where ElevateZoom can be zoomed.
Second image - regular slick with effects and colorbox working, but elevatezoom does not react on this image.

Almost a "works by design", but let's see if we can trick Slick.
