As admin/editor, I want to see all the tabs above the content type.
When using mobile - tabs are too wide, and without scrolling sideways you can easily miss the other tabs available.
Here's how it looks:
Add flex-wrap to tabs line. When screen is not wide enough to show all tabs in 1 line it will split into multiple lines.
Create a patch that fixes it.

Patch#2 working fine in mobile resolution as per expectation and no further horizontal scroll visible after wrapping the tabs.
