Problem/Motivation

Some Cyrillic letters are not properly transliterated when URL aliases are generated.

Proposed resolution

Drupal core provides hook to create transliteration overrides.

By using this hook, define proper transliteration for needed Cyrillic letters.

List of numeric codes for letters can be found here http://www.personal.psu.edu/ejp10/symbolcodes/bylanguage/cyrchart.html

    Transliteration should be done properly for capital letters too. Pathauto will handle changing letter case if needed.
