Cannot Remove saved note, stuck on confirm_delete_editor_note form.

After saving a note. When I edit the node and try and remove the note I am taken to a modal asking to confirm removal. After submitting the request I'm taken to local.docksal/editor_note/form/confirm_delete_editor_note. With the message:

If I select submit the page reloads and I get the same message.
If I select cancel the page reloads and the message disappears, but I'm not taken back to the node I started on.

I am using Drupal:8.6.10 and editor_note:1.x-dev installed via composer on 3/6/2019.
