When you try to uninstall the module you get the following error:

Drush command terminated abnormally due to an unrecoverable error.

Not sure but perhaps something changed in Drupal core that is not loading the module file anymore during install. Attached adds the module and NodeRevisionCleanupVariableCRUD class on uninstall.
