When having icons in the paragraph, like the yellow triangle when the content is updated, the summary is moved to the right.

miro_dietikerFor nested structures, the child count badge is more often present in the UI. We should optimize for this case first.
On (larger) desktop we could reserve space for 2 icons, while on smaller screens we can not.
We could think about the position of the icons again, now that we have two lines (if behaviors are present).
Or we could put the other icons after the summary.
We should update the mock-ups first to find a great solution.
