Unable to use this module as any views pages with download links produce the following:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function _filter_pubdlcnt() in /sites/all/modules/pubdlcnt/views/pubdlcnt-views-view-field.tpl.php on line 17

Tried on a number of sites, PHP 5.6 and PHP 7.1, with views 7-3.2

The attached patch fixes the issue in my testing. Can you confirm if it works for you?
