How about creating a Dynamic description field for "Confirm Email Address". Currently description is being hard coded.

Thanks patelmayank7552, It's actually in my to do list for this module but I just haven't have the time to implement. I was thinking of making the title dynamic aswell. I will implement this on the next update.

Okay.. so "Confirm Email Address" filed has dynamic Description.
confirming @patelmayank7552 patch work as expected.

Should I make a new a new version for the D7 version when I apply this functionality?
Currently the D7 version is in "7.x-1.1" what should be the next version? 7.x-1.2 or 7.x-2.0? since i'm also wanted to implement the client side validation feature request.

I'm kind of new to contributing to drupal as well as git, etc. Thanks everyone.
