When using the built-in Bootstrap 4 grid system, the CSS included with the bootstrap4-grid.css file breaks the Drupal table drag icons. It appears to be from the following CSS:

*, *::before, *::after {
    box-sizing: inherit;
}

Perhaps the module should add some custom CSS scoped just for the table-drag icon, to fix the issue.

Fixed it. The reason was, that the grid stylesheet was loaded even on admin pages, where it has no use normaly. I added an option in the paragraphs_grid admin panel, if the stylesheet should be loaded even on admin pages. Default is NOT.

Created a new alpha release. If you update the module the drag handle should be fixed.

Tested in more than 10 Drupal 8 instances. Works fine.
