Problem/Motivation

If you select the permission "Select method for cancelling own account" for the user you're testing with, you will not get any way of selecting the cancelling method. I feel like this should be supported.

Proposed resolution

Add the cancelation methods to the form when the permission is set for the user.

Update the form.

Cancelation options will be visible.
