Since there isn't a contributed Demandbase integration module, include a lightweight integration within this module itself so it can function independently.

A very basic integration with Demandbase's Company API has been added to this module. The user has the option of not using the API integration, in which case a pre-defined list of fields will be shown in smart content condition lists.
