OrderTransitionSubscriber should check, if order is already paid, before trying to capture

This will get necessary, if we add #3013316: Let the gateway implement SupportsAuthorizationsInterface but is a wise extra check anway. If the order is already paid in full, then there's no need in tryiing to capture the payment
