Line item prices do not take adjustments into account

When the order lines for the Klarna requests are built, the unadjusted unit prices were taken. That means, if you have discounts on the product, you've got too high unit prices, resulting in an error response from Klarna, as the sent tax amount and rate do not correlate with this incorrect unit price and total amount.
