The module is too simple to get the vetted role, though. It will be reviewed to make it covered by security coverage.
As such, the project status cannot be changed if not after 10 days it was created. (The code implemented for security coverage opt in doesn't allow to change status earlier, not even to webmasters.)

I am changing status for this reason.

Thank you kiamlaluno, yeah i know that this is too simple but this extension should be, people needs it.
i have answer to this question https://drupal.stackexchange.com/questions/271247/render-view-with-title... , and i thought that will be good if we have a module provide such as feature.
I will add to it more features, support contextual filters, and another useful twig extension for views ....
