This also changed the path where the coder executable lived. So, for now Im going to revert coder back to 8.2.12 and look at how this should really work.

MixologicAight. pushed a hotfix for this that changes the coder requirement if its not already installed back to ~8.2.12@stable instead of ^8.2@stable.
