Hello, I think that the div wrapper where is the attribute "data-paragraphs-frontend-ui" is not necessary for anonymous users

@sergiuteaca I have tested the patch mentioned in the #2.
It looks good, Anonymous user doesn't have permission in order to view "div wrapper"
I have also added screenshots for sake reference.

I'm working on a 8.2 branch that uses Paragraphs Library instead of Paragraph sets.
