We're currently working on identifying areas for Drupal India Association to work on, this issue will be used to decide the plan of action for Drupal India Association.

We've (Piyush, Surabhi, Punam, Shyamala, Prateek, Mohit, Rakhi & Me) started a document at a BoF during Drupal Europe that we feel should be opened up for review and suggestions for everyone. Once done we'll start organising teams around initiatives and tasks that we collectively decide to work on via volunteering forms & selection process.
