There is an open issue (#2857157) in the commerce project to implement the registration after checkout, it automatically assign the billing profile but not the shipping profile(s).

My patch implies a dependency to commerce_checkout which might not always be the case, I'll have a look to a conditional event listener.

I've added the EventSubscriber conditionally in the CommerceShippingServiceProvider to avoid the dependency.

Hi, is this patch still needed with the new commerce? I've done a couple of test and now the profiles are correctly assigned to the user account. What do you think about?
