Problem/Motivation

When a Node is using Layout Builder with Inline Blocks, deleting the Node does not remove the related inline blocks.

Proposed resolution

When an entity revision is deleted that contains a layout_builder field, loop through the block instances and delete the non-reusable block revision instances.
