In the configuration of max and min word count values we have a range of min = 1 and max = 20. The default value that is set is 25. The form fails to validate.

I confirm that the form fails to validate. I think we should also change "Minimum Word Count" field. It will be more consistent.

I think the gap between the min and mac word count is based on a logical conclusion. If you set both to 25 you have no range of words you can use in the title. You always need 25 words. The maintainers intention might have been to protect the administrator from this.
