Log issue with translation

Hi, on multilingual site, i have seen this issue. For translation, it is not logging on which field the changes has been done.
e.g.
1. We have one EN node, where we update field, it displays in revision that this fields has changes.
2. We have FR translation, now when we update field, it displays in revision that "no changes".
