I installed Zoomify in a new 6.4 drupal site and got the following error when trying to set Zoomify after activating the module:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function content_types() in /home/wildfutu/public_html/modules/zoomify/zoomify.module on line 76

Good catch! I assume you're not using CCK. I added a guarding condition for this case. Thanks for reporting.
