Problem/Motivation

As the NodeRevisionDeleteTest file has tests for configuration only and they use similar functions is better to keep this tests only related to configurations tests.

Proposed resolution

Rename the NodeRevisionDeleteTest file to NodeRevisionDeleteConfigTest
