Add follower count property to issue nodes via entity API

This should make the count indexable for search_api to get #2925877: Add sortable Followers column to project issues lists done. Also, it will be nicely accessible via other things like RestWS.

Implement project_issue_entity_property_info_alter() to add the follower flag’s count as a new property.
