Support config passing to allow injection of Authentication data.

In order to use the UIs in a usable way, we probably want to allow the developer to pass Authentication, and other configuration data into the ui library. The ability to do this should be part of the large element. Support for this will then need to be added to the Redoc and Swagger UI implementations.
