Steps:
1) Observe the header
2) Hover over Edit button in the extreme right corner

Expected: The button color should be properly visible
Actual:Header: Edit button color upon hover and without hover is not visible properly

Here is the updated patch. Site theme should not effect the default admin theme, that's why make a button css more specific. Needs review.
