Problem/Motivation

\Drupal\content_moderation\Entity\Routing\EntityModerationRouteProvider::getLatestVersionRoute() mentions view all unpublished content as the one that is needed to access unpublished content.

Rename it to view any unpublished content

Looks good to me!

I did a quick check, and it's the only instance of "view all unpublished content" in core.
